Hello again people of corsa sport as some of you may know i did have a house set for buying previosuly but the sale fell throough as the house was in dire condition and had various issues. So i carried on searching and found something bigger and better.
Everything has gone through and i pick up the keys in the morning.
Its a 3 bedroom house (one large master bedroom split into two, and a box room) tearraced house with a double garage. It was up for sale at £75,000 and after watching it for some time it was reduced to £70,000. However once again after some calls i managed to get the house for £62,000.
The surveys indicate there is a slight damp issue that needs sorting, possibly a re wire and a partition wall taking out apart from that its in good condition and just needs updating.
Will pop some photos on as soon as i have the keys so watch this space
