Make them your self? Can't end up being any worse than the ones in your link. The workmanship is terrible on those.

Decide what you're doing with the glass first.

As far as I recall the mirrors in the B are completely flat, right?
So would be very cheap to have them cut down or even have completely new ones manufactured to fit.

I wouldn't know how to start with cutting it down.

you can cut glass pretty easy, i used to glaze greenhouses, you can get glass cutters really cheap and there simple to use, it just scores the glass then you just crack it... takes a while to become good at it though, im guessing a mirror would be just the same.

But it would be nearly impossible to get the rounded shape with this tool, no?

But the bit that's made shorter, will slow just one side to be cut down? So could cut straight edge

You'd still want a rounded edge.

You can cut curves with a tungsten cutter but it takes some practice. Does the glass not sit on a plastic backer though?

yeah, you can cut curves with a handheld glass cutter, you just have to be carefull and not try to get too much of a sharp curve, i managed to cut a round hole before... i did have to smash the middle bit out though, it did not come out whole

take the mirror glass into a shop to get them cut properly by a professional.

my dad needed a shelf cut and they did this, no problems.

cost him 50 quid right enough, but better than breaking the glass.

Irrlevant of the glass how are you going to make a teardrop shape shorter, unlike a Nova which is essentially a rectangle where you can cut out any amout of the middle your still left with 2 ends of the same measurement one side to the other

A corsa is nothing like that

^Nova ones aren't perfect like that, It takes a fucking lot of effort to make them, I made some when I had a nova (Never fitted them though, Sold on due to the mad amount of money they were/do sell for)

Its a lot of work.
