Vehicle speed sensor. Doesn't need connected. Your problem must be the relay or the ecu isn't getting power. Are all your earths on the fuel rail? 2 on the right one on the left?

Yep and yep. So the cut off wires on the ecu and 9 pin plug don't need to be connected? The right relay and all will be good?
