Just bought one of these to try to diagnose a problem with my Vectra C. Just wondering if anyone on here has used a similar ebay special or has any knowledge/experience of these.

OP-COM, very handy and used by a range of people. Search for OP COM and find the cheapest retailer with the best feedback imo.
