I've recently converted a few old VHS tapes to DVD format for family members - old wedding videos etc...
Done it very basically using a VHC player into a Sony DVD recorder.
It's saved the files on the disk in a VIDEO_TS folder in various files with .BUP .IFO .&.VOB extensions.
Now I would like to create a nicer finish by having a title menu with a "chapter selection" menu and section off the DVD so it's quicker to navigate to various sections of the video (I didn't section it off into chapters whilst recording)
Does anyone know of any software that would do this quite elegantly with little fuss (possibly an all in one package)? I'm not too fussed about making it look all fancy - just more interested in it costing nothing (or very very little), as I'm only going to use it a couple of times.
Any help would be much appreciated

For DVD authoring on OSX then use iDVD, otherwise software like DVDFlick or DVD Styler do basic layouts/menus. Personally i'd try and grab a copy of Adobe Encore, which isn't that difficult to use tbf, and knock up your own.
