Can be really difficult to change with th heat of the exhaust. Sometimes you need to heat them up before they will move. Once the old one is out simply screw in the new

You can get them from a motor factor, for about £70, and just use an adjustable spanner. They're easy enough to change, put do it on a cold engine.

iv been trying to sell one for £2.50 for ages now... cover the post and a £ or so and its yours lol
dunno what its off but i have reason to beleve it gsi but i also heard that any lambda with the rite threads can be made to fit by cutting and reattaching the wires yes?? its a 3pin one i think
let me know if any good as they can be pricey new
