Basically Bart, that link is saying Americans (not all but the ones who are involved in war) are terrorists.

They arrested someone that fought against them (the Americans) on the basis that he must be a terrorist because he was protecting his country.

So by that, if America fought back against a country that was invading them. They would have to be arrested themselves because America would be terrorists.

Maybe we should invade America, then arrest them when they fight back.
