We have a few flatsceens with pretty decent slim wall mounts. There is nothing in the contract to say they are staying..... so just take them?

I'd take them 
When my grandma moved into her new house there were expanding bolts in the wall where mounts had obviously been, obviously ready for new ones.

We left ours, agreed at the time of sale. Was only about ten quid anyway, saved unscrewing it and filling holes.
