the muscle that runs along the right side of the spine (not sure what it's called) is messed up and i get spasms in it. my job involves a lot of manual work and i nearly had to leave a job i enjoy because of it.

Whiplash/car accident injury claims, you know what i mean.
You were moaning that your insurance has went up because of non fault claims.
At least you have had money towards it to cover the increase, i havn't.
