Anyone know where i can get a unit/garage/storage area, pref the size of a double garage in the south east, ideally medway, swale area.
Roughly no more than 100pw

400pm will get you alot! you will get a massive place for that
apprently in rochester there like garages for £10pw

Well i just need a space roughly the size of your garage really space to put car and work in as well.
Plus i dont wan't to big of a place will get lonely on my own.

matt, i know there are places renting on the euro link down past sittingbourne stadium for around 300pm iirc. might be worth a trip down there?

I looked at these and they seem quite good, 752sq ft downstairs then office space upstairs in most.
Although the ones i looked at are 115 pw and you can get almost double the size for the same with smaller office space, so un sure at the moment.

Been looking at one of these recently...
The G Unit... No pun intended.
Come as:
Units D - I:

5m minimum clear internal height to underside of haunch
20kN per sq m reinforced concrete warehouse floor
4m high x 3.2m wide electrically operated sectional overhead loading door
8.5m yard depth
3 car parking spaces per unit
Its works out around £125 a week.
