Used to love swapping cards with younger kids.
Me: 'Yes, my magicarp is a limited edition, worth more than your Charizard.
kid: 'Ok, swap?'
Me: 'Mmm, ok, only cos I have two of them though'.
Suckers.

There was a group of lads at school that used to ask people to go through their cards in the playground so they could potentially do a swap. These lads would stand there with their caps in hand, then smash the deck of cards upwards as they were being gone through, catch what they could in the caps and do one
One time the kiddy whose cards got knocked out of his hands ran after them instead of picking his cards up. Myself and a mate were walking past and swept up, got a good haul between us and didn't get in trouble like the other lads. However I was annoyed as my mate picked up a load of good ones and I got fuck all decent ones

I was hooked on them for a months like everyone else, but i got a bit bored after a while, and 1 day i came out of school, waited for everyone else to come out, and threw them all up in the air and shouted "scramble" and walked off.
