First of all, what can make the the steering wheel shake at speeds other than wheel balance? Had the wheels balanced spot on and the wheel still shakes.. Did it before and after the engine conversion.

Second question, of all the corsa b steering racks, what's the quickest ratio. My manual rack is 4 turns from full left to full right. Just want a much faster rack!

Out of shape tyre could, although you would expect it to be picked up at wheel balancing time. As far as am aware epas rack is the quickest

Do you know how many turns full left to full right they are? Was gonna search for a quiafe rack which I believe are 2.25 turns but if I can get somethin close for not alot of money I'll be happy.

And the tyres are ok, like you said would've been picked up

is it easy to change the setup to an epas one?

I just want the faster rack.. Not the epas so easy swap for me. I believe you have to change the column and rack, mount the epas ecu and feed power and earth. I believe that's all :/ could be wrong or missed something

so if you already have pas you can just swap the rack for an epas one instead of changing the whole setup?

If you've already got hydraulic PAS then the assistance is on the rack itself, with EPS the assistance is given on the column so an EPS rack is just a manual rack that is quicker than Vauxhall's standard manual rack.
