mite be fitting some 15" audi wheels to the sport...
will ET36, 6J, fit ok with 195/45/15 tyres onto my corsa. its lowered 30f/60r although it seems lower

I ran 6.5 j et33 on 185/45/15 tyres with very minimal arch modification, I just had to very slighty sand back the arch trim on the bottom edge where it turns back on itself towards the wheel.

You'll be fine with a 165 width I'd have thought, depends if you fancy trimming the plastic arch to fit a wider tyre
