And totally the wrong type of court. Would only go to a magistrates court.

And he didn't cause the accident.

Best you can hope for is a NIP for DD or something, which with that evidence is doubtful.

Yeah, there's not really anything I can do and the car behind the pick-up should have given more space anyway.

Just don't like injustice and wanted to catch him after he did it.

He could have been done already, or it I may have spotted the wrong car with a similar exhaust.

I'll just let it go
