Usually bring leftovers/pre cooked food from home.

If not then it's a trip to sainsbury for some portions of chicken wings and potato wedges/uncle bens rice/salad depending on how i feel on the day.

Got one packet of rice left so will buy some chicken wings at lunch.

all other stuff around here is mega money.

Treat myself with the odd sainsbury fresh cooked pizza 14" for 4 quid. or buffet chinese £4.50 for whatever you can squeeze into the container.

I do lunchboxes. Some rice/pasta/noodles with some sauce like pesto or tomato stuff depending on what I'm mixing it with. Then mix some chicken or tuna in with some salad type stuff. Some fruit and cashew nuts and you've got a good meal there

I'm going to change my habits soon. It's pretty easy to cook up some chicken and pasta or cous cous with some sauce, would save me a fortune and it's healthier.
