Yeah but we couldnt do that this far thru, as it would need to be disclosed on sml form and bank would probs revalue house, another 2-3 weeks!

We timed it right as we got in before stanp duty, and had 5% deposit paid by them an then 10 grand knocked off on top and then carpets and 3 grands extras for free
