Club Nights Have been on the up in Newcastle as of recent down to the launch of a new night Elektriqa and iv been involved in helping with them so....I dont know if there are many people on here into the kind of music, but I thought Id share it with you if some people like to travel for a good night out and see DJ's/Shows.
Elektriqa™ was formed over two years ago as a hugely successful production unit. Felix Leiter & Mark Maitland formed to release a number of their own tracks, EPs and remixes which have subsequently gone on to form major parts of some of the worlds biggest DJs sets, such as Tiesto, Erick Morillo, Roger Sanchez & Hardwell.

Saturday would have been "Love" another night organized by my mate, its fairly big, 3 levels, "the other rooms" plays indy/rock in there too aswell as the smoking area.

I went about 3 saturdays ago i think. I was steeming it just seemed dead 'smokey' so couldnt see much.
edit : and whilst in the que we asked someone where we could go as we couldnt be botherd to wait (being 180 miles south of you dont really know the area) and told us to go in 'rustys'. After thanking him of his kindness, i imagine he had a right laugh. Best thing is it took me about 15 mins to click its a gay bar with lilly savage lookalike as the dj :/
