Looking for pics of your intercooler/rad setup on a corsa c20let
Does the radiator need moving to the centre to allow room for boost pipes either side? if so, how did you secure the rad in place?
Cannot remember how I did my last one.
Will there be enough room for me to keep using my standard fan?(from gsi)

You won't be using the existing brackets to mount it under the slam panel as there isn't enough room. Unfortunately I don't have pics but when I did my set up, I had to move the radiator right back to fit the FMIC and oil cooler above. The rad was sitting about 3" from the turbo! Just make some new brackets from joist hangers/ angle iron and fix into the slam panel

thanks mate, whilst we sort of on subject.
I just had a dumpvalve turn up and its missing a screw from the top, will this cause it to leak boost?

Hmm I wouldn't of thought so but still I personally wouldn't trust it. Take one out and get a replacement from a local fixings company. Have you tried it out yet?

I find easiest way it to run boost pipes through inner arches.

Boost pipe will be running down the side f the rad, ive already decided that. Just wasnt sure if I had to move the radiator over or not

Do you have any mates who can chuck on to test? See if you read any pressure loss, leaks, etc?

This is how I did mine, corsa 1.6 rad secured with some brackets I made and a frontera intercooler in front of that, I'm also running standard pas pipes and let oil cooler. Tight squeeze but front bumper still fits on to neatly hide everything away.

Have a trawl through my garage or project thread if it's any use to you.

I didn't need to relocate the rad, but had to make the holes bigger at the bottom rubbers to allow the rad to sit further forward so it wasn't sitting against the actuator. Top mounts were home made jobs

the turbo to cooler pipe was all over in this pic but you get the idea, I used a twin core gsi rad and had to be moved to the middle didn't want to cut my bumper so had to push the rad back a bit as well so its quite close to the turbo but not to bad, also have a 8'' slimline fan to fit
