I'd say so. Guy clearly couldn't have been beaten up too badly if he then got the upper hand and started laying the smackdown on him before being tasered?

If he wasn't stuck in that ridiculous jumper he would of got a lot more punches in, pretty sure if the cops hadn't come in he'd of beat the guy silly
