Ben's list reminded me of meeting and ultimately having a bit of a drunken singing session with Russel Crowe, Kevin Durand and Scott Grimes when they were staying in the hotel my ex runs. Mr. Crowe gave my then missus a £1600 tip in £50s and I still have two of those notes.
Also met Michael Winner, David Dickinson and numerous TV presenters and sports stars through the same hotel chain

A mate of mine was recording some soundtracks for a russel crowe film at abbey road. Ended up being taken on a mad night out by him.
Sounds like a nice guy!
I work in TV so i see quite alot of celebs

Was when he was filming Robin Hood in Dovedale, even came back in his helicopter after they left on the last day with his NY Yankees cap. Said it was because it was he first time he'd stopped in a hotel and been treated like a normal person

Working in (decent) hotels does have its perks! Highlight of my career was looking after Arsenal for 3 days. I've probably met people who are globally more famous but with me being a Gooner it was a dream come true!
I've also looked after Man City, Spurs, Bolton, & Birmingham.

got a shit load of signed stuff from Alex ferguson when he was manager of Aberdeen, used to sit close to dugout as he was friends with my granddad. Chat to Geoff Thomas now and again, top bloke. speak to that Smithy bloke from the bill through work and used to see Andy Johnson all the time as he lived 2 mins from me.
