There is no context for a car to 'filter' through slow moving traffic as a car is physically too large hence the term 'filtering' being attributed in law and regulation to motor and pedal cycles only. There are several major differences between the rights of cars and bikes on the road.
I'm only googling passages of the RTA and Highway Code that I know exist as 1) I don't want to mis-inform and 2) I wouldn't want to type them out. You stated Filtering doesn't exist - the law says otherwise

A bike barely squeezing past 2 cars is not safe or legal, they do it every day though.
Same rules apply as for any other overtake, as I've said.

What about the stuff you've just posted from forums?
Is a partially quoted, edited, forum post in the RTA?

we're not talking about safety but legally there is nothing to state they can't do so, infact both the RTA, Highway code AND Advanced Riding test state that you can and should make headway in traffic by 'Filtering'

The forum post was simply to back up the 2 statements lifted from the regs that I posted elsewhere and the fact that it highlighted the difference between what is considered 'filtering' and what is considered 'overtaking' .
Would you argue that black is white even if all the evidence presented to you proved indeed that black, is black?

No, if you give me the evidence stating what I'm claiming is wrong that's fine, I'll take it on the chin and know the correct answer the next time I'm being an internet warrior.
I am however correct here, it's an undertake or an overtake.

you're wrong, making headway through traffic which is stationary or slow moving is considered to be Filtering and is not deemed an over (or under) take

Next time you cut someone would you like it if they stated kicking fuck out of your car?
And no need for insults its only the internet.

Imo it doesn't matter how fast traffic is moving, if your undertaking then your undertaking.

Something we learn as a child.
If you take violent action against someone else, expect to take some back.
He got cut up fair enough, some hand signals would have been enough, I think both over reacted.
