It's just skin, jawbone and teeth. Overall features will be nothing like the donor.

When I think about how damaged his face most have been from the shot to make him look like that, it's impressive he's alive at all.

very impressive!

makes me think about the donor though, i have mates that say they would never donate as they want to be buried as they were but it really puts into perspective that donating really is a great thing. That one guy saved 5 lives plus made one man's life 100 times better, i'd be happy if i knew i had done the same after i popped my clogs!

I can kill you now andy1868 if you want to do some good for humanity. Is a nice way to think of donating though.

Is rather amazing how much more "normal" the guy looks now and he can try and rebuild his life once again with a better chance.

Very impressive, i suppose the psychological aspect of not recognising your own face isnt that big of an issue considering how long the guy had been deformed, but i dont think it would be sensible to do to people who recently suffered the injury.
