Intresting qustion, if its anything like the 1.2 16v block it uses a coil on plug ignition system. Ie no spark plug leads!  (trust me a good thing). You will find the coil under the plastic cover on your rocker cover. It will be held down with a couple of torq head bolts, which you probably wont have a socket for. go and buy one from any motor factor. once these are out just lift the coil to reveal all three (hahahhahah) of you spark plugs. hope this helps mate. if youve got a pic of the engine id be intrested to see what it looks like.
