Sneak preview of my mate's MEV Rocket; its off for final wire and IVA prep; should be completed and on the road by the end of the month now.

2.0 Duratec with TBs
Carbon Seats, bonnet, tunnel, cycle wings, side panels (might give a clue as to his business)
Revised roll hoops and suspension arms plus tweeks to the main chassis so its not a standard Rocket by any means
TD Pro Race 1s

it's where he lives now, used to run out of the ground floor but then moved up to Park hall industrial estate. Didn't you go down there once

Looks very cool.



I would be a bit worried about that hole in front from a IVA test point of view.

In theory in a crash head on with a person, they could get a limb caught in that gap and maybe get trapped due to that.

its not quite finished; its got a few bits left to fit and the final wire. I know there was something there when I was round on Saturday but he's removed it now so not sure what's happening with it

put some more pictures, bother is making progress on his rocket, i am doing the bodywork ish side of things for him! is he letting mev do the wiring...... its pretty scray how much wiring goes into a simple car!

also wot is he doing around the steering rack where u have the panel with cut out that u can see in the picture, we have made mesh piece to go over for the iva test but it does not look the nicest!

Its gone off for final wire now so can't get any more photos until its back but as soon as it is, I'll get plenty up. Was down helping on project #2 last night

its for his Missus' business so it'll have a teak deck, the interior has all been retrimmed and off white/cream and brown paint job.

Nothing too drastic but just a clean and tidy workhorse
