take your time and plan it have all tools you need and some spare cash

id want it quite curvy so wot could i use to smoothen edges and fill gaps?....Expanding foam?

It would be a good idea to get the manual. It will give you the details on how to shape stuff and what materials are needed.
Then you just impliment your own design on a grander scale.
Its no walk in the park tho. I did the door pods with curves and that was a pain, so a full boot install will be an even BIGGER pain. Especially if you havent done anything like it before.
