Yes, I think it had finished loading from the limestone quarry. God knows who's bright idea it was to set off in a storm.

it'll be full ready for departure too. Smelling fuel on boats is par for the course, doesn't mean there is a rupture, the tanks have such big ventilating breathers on that there is almost always a whiff of fuel about, especially when the boast tooing and froing

A55 is shut due to suspected fuel leakages, so is the road around it due to roadworks.
Just a pissy little road links about 5 miles of A55 atm
