As the title.

Im looking to get a project trackcar and the aim is to put a C20XE in it. Ive had one before but i never built it.

What corsa models are the easiest to use for the engine change ie least amount to remove or add.

Cheers

Not all 8v's are non power steering if this is what you were implying.

1 litres are 12v yeah, but why does that matter? Mine was a 1.0 before I converted it

I'd go for one with power steering, its not a whole lot of extra work to just connect the power steering pump and it makes driving it that much more pleasant. If you go for th Gsi model you won't need to upgrade the fuel pump iirc.

I hate power steering, epas rack with manual collum. Perfect!

An 8v shell is suppose to be easier to put an XE in but 16v shells have the fuel system ready

Lol! Still shit when running better times at pod than a XE Corsa? Must be

[Edited on 13-04-2012 by Tony M84]

I disagree, novas are good looking cars I just prefer the corsa for looks, there's lots of things an XE will be more lairy in I was just on about compared to pas in a corsa or non pas in a corsa

nova has a few things i dislike

more rust than a corsa
lighter due to being much more basic and uncomfortable than a corsa
uglier than a corsa
worse reputation than a corsa

by all means corsa's are also shit just abit less shit

corsa bs have been used in rallying pretty much every car ever has been used at some point in some championship

By this post you'd think a corsa B was a well made lovely to look at luxury car....

Novak are becoming very rare and a classic car corsa B's are mostly just tat.
