Took a bit of a rest from this the past two days. Diets still be great, but due to the weather being so good and have a car pack up on me, I've not had the time to fit in the workouts. Going to get back on them today as I have nothing planned.

Feel so much better for it all though. Especially the diet. Hoping to have lost 4lb since the last weigh in. Be over the moon if it's 8lb again though.

I'm doing p90x at the minute, its really good and I enjoy it, will try insanity after it.
I'm starting back at the gym today aswell after a year off it.
I'm big and broad so not looking to lose much weight more just fill out my size with muscle.

4th week results:

Weight at start: 216lb
Weight last weigh in: 208lb
Weight this time: 206lb
Total Weight loss: 10lb
Weight loss this time: 2lb

A bit of a disapointing 2lb loss in 2 weeks, however, i missed a whole week of insanity.

However, having done measurements last time, i can see the actual inches im losing.

I have lost 6.25in in total across neck/chest/waist/hips/legs/arms. Biggest loss being 1.25in around my waist, and 1inch around hips.

Bodyfat calipers have gone from 25mm to 22mm.

So although i havent lost much weight, i have actually changed shape, so im happy with that.

I will crack on with insanity again this week!

Excercise, whatever you do. Be it the gym, home workout DVD or a run, takes up less than 5% of your day.

Stick at it. The more you push yourself to get it done the more results you will see and the happier you will be.

Do not make excuses, your only cheating yourself.

Still not doing the insanity, just dont get the time. Busy trying to change jobs (interview today!!).

However, ive stuck to proper clean eating, which coupled with my intense job, im still losing weight. So much so that i was shocked when i stepped on scales today.

Wasnt due to weigh in, but got the urge so did.

In the past 5 days, ive gone from 206lb, to 202lb. Which means overall ive lost exactly 1 stone!!

WELL HAPPY
