Ok i want to tax my car on monday,but the cars not in my name yet and the v5c2 has already been stamped. Is there anything i can do?

Would think you will have to wait for the logbook .. take it you dont know who the v5c2 is in? ie if it was a trade place you could talk them into taxing it for you..?

you can tax it , but will cost you additional price, tempcover.com, use there name for a days cover.. there is a company on there that allowes you to tax a car with 1days insurance. i had no problems doing this for the astra.
