This is exactly what could and probably will happen, that's why it's annoying hearing some fans give him stick and want him out. I've no idea who i would want to replace fergie when that time comes, i just hope it's somebody who has a history with the club though. Let's just hope it's a long way off that and even when it does happen, no matter how much of 'glory hunters' we are we will always stick by the team unlike other teams (Chelsea for example who seem to support city now  )

when fergie does go, imo the next few seaosns will be transitions for utd but if they bring in mourinho or guardiola (both seem likely options) then think theyll be ok
