Tried all the above.

The car is completly standard bar a headunit.

I have to admit I fucked up above in the thread, the car does have EGR and im beginning to wonder if its sticking.

Its weird that it used to only run like crap when warm and under load but now its actually doing it idling from cold too. I HATE this car!
