so im wondering what the best route is to go down tuning my c20xe lump
i want keep the injection really
so any comments or what youve done and what the outputs are would be a great help

the head has been ported and polished
it has a fredich power cap
oil cooler

a decent manifold and cam setup should see some improvements

You want Quaife ATB, best mod you can do imo.

Tuning wise, you want throttle bodies.

Dont waste your money its cheaper to buy a let !
I must have had ten cars with xe's in verious state of tunes including ITB's, 45 webbers, chips , exhaust and ive had a few lets andi would not waste money trying to tune an xe they feel best standard you just need to face facts that some are fast and some are slow !
I had a standard gte 16v with an exhaust -filter then had one with chip filter magnex manifold and exhaust package that was 167bhp and my standard one would wipe the floor with it
