You guys contradict yourselves. All I hear from you two is how lower division football is where its at, proper fans, etc etc but also now it has the worst times ever and a PL fan can't claim to have shit days because its always great?

Again. "Too many to choose from"
There isnt, is there? There's 2 and you were quite clearly scraping the barrel with them
A FA Cup semi final defeat for an Arsenal fan is hardly a terrible moment. Thats like me getting upset at losing in the FA Trophy semi final.

Euro 96 losing on penalties wasn't nice, and I was damn young then. I even remember being a kid and being gutted.
As for Chelsea, CL final in Moscow was the worst moment.

Worse moments are all relative. PL aspirations are higher so "worse days" still happen just at a different level.
How is an FA Cup semi final defeat a terrible moment though? Its not like you will never reach that stage again. If thats one of the worst moments things arent too bad are they?
And anyway, its the fact you said "too many to choose from" when really, there isnt many is there?
Good point, but can sympathise. Even when technically you have no chance of reaching the final of a competition against a so called 'big team' it's still sickening.
I was there in 1974/5 in the League Cup when Chester beat Newcastle 1-0 at home, twatted Leeds Utd 3-0 at home (probably still my finest hour watching Chester) then we drew 2-2 at home to Villa before losing 3-2 away in the semi finals. On paper as a fourth division club we should never have been anywhere near the quarter finals, let alone the semis, but to loose out narrowly and not reach the final was sickening, despite being the underdog.

Losing 5-1 at home to WBA and appointing Pual Ince's dad to try to keep us in the league ranks pretty highly.

Going into administration this season, again. Being deducted ten points. Being relegated this season to league 1 by 8 points.
Generally this whole season has been a huge worst moment and one to forget. However there could be worst to come.

Getting beat by Tottenham in the Carling Cup semi-final 3 years ago
4-1 down after the first leg, we put in a monumental second leg performance to win 3-0 on the night to take it to extra time but then lost to 2 late extra time goals from Pavlywanker and Deformed
How the players picked themselves to go and get promotion to the Premier League at Wembley that same season was nothing short of remarkable
NB I still begrudge the FA so the ridiculous rule that means away goals dont count until after extra time in the Carling Cup rather than at full time
