Mate got stopped last night by a Merc Estate E-Class Traffic car with the licence plate "MV** ***" and he is wondering if they were allowed to give him 3 points and £60 even tho the car isnt registered in Aberdeen?

They can do what they want i think. The motorway cops travel down the motorway nipping in and out of different counties all the time - i dont think its an issue.

Ah alright, i'm not too fussed its him all stressing about it

Still curious why the fcuk a MV plate car is up here.

Maybe they bought the car direct from Merc and it was registered at the VRO closest to the head office or something.
