Use this with standard pressure plate:
http://www.performanceclutch.co.uk/20ltr-gsi-16v-1988-1992-25mm-flywheel-step/76-4627-2027538-240520-600281.php
Or buy a Helix pressure plate if you got the dollar.

Yes that friction plate will fit a flat and pot type flywheel, its only the pressure plate that is different.
I had it on a Ph2 291bhp c20let engine and it didn't slip.

Whats the spec of the engine and what sort of power will you be aiming for??
Remember, its mainly torque that will kill clutches, and with it being N/A, and depending on the state of tune, you won't be seeing huge gains over standard so a good oem clutch might be up to the job.

I don't want to argue about power figures , but I'd like to think around the 200bhp Mark but its on carbs n is say should be Pritty torquey . It's was making 186bhp on stock inlet and outlet I am going bike carbs and changing the outlet manifold , but on a fairly heavily modded xe

Standard clutch will be fine.
Ran c20let with f18 on flat fly with c20xe clutch for a while, making more torque and power than you will be.

for reference - thats what I used with no slip at all on 220bhp, 190lbft 2100cc C20XE build.
Did heaps of 1/4mile launches and trackdays/sprints

fairplay , just for a 160 quid i think a paddle clutch is worth a shout ? i think it seems reasonable way cheeper than lmf ! im also looking for a big core rad any ideas with that ?

I used a standard LUK clutch on mine, which was on standard injection, bike carbs, and itb's. It was fine never slipped. You don't need a fancy one, it's just a waste of money, and will make your car harder to drive.

If you're using a second hand pressure plate make sure the face is 100% flat and there is no imperfections on it otherwise it will damage the paddles

Not much is stock? Tbh sounds like you haven't done a lot to it really.
You are no where near the limit of needing a uprated clutch lol!
Everything on these engines has been tried and tested over the many years they've been about, 3 people gave you real life experiences of having more power and torque than you will have and running a standard clutch fine.
But ok waste your money for no gain.

I like saving money too when modifying and not spend on unnecessary things but I would have done the same and got a paddle clutch. Its not THAT much more and you know for a fact it won't slip.
As for drive-ability it was like a normal clutch and didn't have on/off bite or solid pedal.
