Apple are expected to announce details for IOS6 in June.
One of things they're likely to announce is dropping Google Maps for a company they bought last year called C3 Technologies.
Their mapping system is being referred to as google maps on steroids and its not hard to see why.

Very cool, I also reckon Siri will be expanded to be implemented with many other applications, including an API for app developers.

Only thing about bringing out better mapping than google is they can bring out a better better one the next day.
