335 for the morgage, thats a fixed rate 57K, we pay 50 a month for insurance which covers noth me and lynne for death, illness and unemployment. then there is the 28 a month house insurance.
I would go to the mortgage advice people and go to at least 2 other advisers. buying a house in England is different from Scotland but the mortgages are the same.

Our morgage was 56K but the house was 59,995, was up for more but thats wot we offered so we didn't have to pay stampduty. We pay bout £350 but all of our bills come to bout £800. The house is a 2 bedroom barretts house.

yes we did not pay stamp duty. if your house is over 60K you need to pay 1% tax

nice house that, have ben looking at around £89,000 with 5% deposit. You can get cheap houses round here they just aren't on very good streets...so i'm trying to compromise (£100K nice street too expensive) (£50/60K horrible area V.affordable) going to go for 80-90K in a decent area.......just affordable!!
