Not much of a project, but here's some before and after pics of a bathroom I did with the old man a few weekends ago, thought it may interest some of you. Not my choice btw, would have looked better with the whole lot tiled the same as where the new toilet is imo. Better than it was anywho.
Sorry for poor pics, they're off my phone, and I took the afters just after a shower

Was fine before imo
Shame about the décor in the shower, rest of it looks good

the before pics look just like my dads old bathroom when he first moved in
was it for an old person? hence the shower only?

Looks good, but I agree with you on the tiles Alex! Not a fan of the creamy coloured ones!

Looks good.
When you say you did this with your old man, do you mean he did it and you passed him tools?

Thanks for the comments
BenG - Old man bought the house not so long back quite cheap, currently living in it, and will be sold within 12 months. We've got an en suite to do in the master bedroom that'll have a bath, so not got rid of it completely.
Sam - A fancy chrome rad / towell rack is to be ordered still
Yap it is wet wall, great stuff and lasts forever without grout fecking up. Not to my liking on the colour either, but hey ho!
Ben - Nah, I ripped the old one out, put the vanity in, concrete base for tray in and got everything in place, he did the plumbing on the new one, team effort on the wet wall & tiles.

You've not seen my bathroom then
I wouldn't choose that style of wet wall but do like the back tiles behind the toilet. Good work
