Hey all,

I'm after a cheap and cheerful electric polisher (what are they really called) that I can use on my Alfa as it needs a little paintwork TLC.

I did Laurens car by hand a couple of weeks ago andit wasn't that good!

What do you guys recommend for use with Autoglym SRP? Needs to be reasonable in price as I think I'll ask my Grandma for it for my birthday

Thanks

Kestrel DAS 6 Pro stick with a DA its very user friendly. what product you will need will depend on the severity of swirls etc

Cheap and cheerful polishers dont really acheiev much and are a waste of money.

Surely cheap or not, it takes the graft out of it some what and stops you getting a tired arm.

I had much better results far quicker with the rotary than with a G220.

It was also 1/3 of the price.

That was in reply to Gary

You'll just need some different pads as the ones it comes with aren't great.

Achieved good results with mine IMO ..

i'd say silverline rotary as that is what i've got but you've gotta be abit gentler with a rotary compared to a Dual Action.
