have a look on vauxsport,
all the instructions,
then take them to a machine shop,
will work out a damn sight cheaper,
2 calibra/cav/astra hubs,
2 knuckles,
2 golf syncro bearings
machining shouldn't be more than 80quid, (i'd offer but i'm no where near the machine shop at the these days.)

My mate got his cnc hub carriers and hubs machined and it came to 300quid!! And had to wait 2weeks for them!

I got mine done by harry hockley, it cost a lot less (can't remember exactly) and I posted them on the monday and had them back at my door and the thursday, all pressed in and ready to bolt on!! Top guys, top work I'd well recommend getting them done with harry who do them day in day out rather then some machinist who you have to pass instructions too.......

Here a deal for you.

I have been really busy with other jobs etc so not had chance to sorce all the parts to make these up.

So you send me -
2 x Corsa Knuckles
2 x XE Hubs
2 x Golf syncro bearings
Paypal me £50

I will do all the machining work and build them all up and ship them back.
(ONLY THAT PRICE BECAUSE FIRST SET)

Its not the matter of time doing the job its the matter of sorcing all the bits.

I've bought bearings & new standard hubs. So saved a bit of cash sourcing them myself. Will strip down the corsa and get everything sent off for machining this week
