Anyone been camping with a baby?
Really wanting to get away some time later in the year but with the little man being only 9 1/2 weeks old the mrs isn't keen on it. I understand the logistics of having to buy specialised sleeping equipment for the nipper and also making sure he holds a temperature through the night but has anyone actually had experience of this first hand?

Might do a trail run in the back garden if we get some more heat this summer so if shit hits the fan then we can bail back into the house.

Get someone to watch the baby? Wouldnt that be the easier solution if you want to get away

Just take it. Babies will just sleep as long as you keep them warm. Do it.

I would rather lose by a mile because i built my own car, than win by an inch because someone else built it for me.

Agreed. I know people who have though.

Another thing im not keen on is babie sleeping with their parents in the same bed, very dangerous.
Being outdoors, I think the baby would need the bodywarth though.

Get another tent for baby or leave baby in car. Both get drunk so you can't hear baby.

Baby's are hard fucking work. It's a very bad idea and you will get no enjoyment instead worrying and sorting the baby . Get a sitter for night or go somewhere baby practical

Go for it, probably find that all the fresh air and being outside will make him have a better nights sleep and probably won't wake up.

I took mine when he was a baby, no harm was done we all had a good time. Dont see any problem at all, as long as he's warm and fed he's happy
