Nothing different. I had six cans of stella and a pizza the night before and just toast, coffee in the morning. Be more bothered about taking water on the way round TBH.

I did a 50 charity bike ride after a night of guiness last year, wont be doin that again. fooked me over.

That's just over 8 min miles, don't start too fast and get carried away with the faster runners. Pace yourself from the start and finish strong.

Well i did it.... 2 hrs 24 mins. bit gutted really i didnt get 2hrs but meh. hit a brick wall with about 3 mile left n had nothing more in me.

The ten mile wall!!! You doing any more? keep the training up and that wall is easy to overcome. The 20 mile wall in a marathon is a killer. Well done though

Yeah im doin tuff mudda thing in november so ill carry on doin a bit. love my mtb aswell do more on than than runnin tbh. n cheers
