Young cricketer for Surrey, found dead on train tracks this morning. Seems he legged it after the cops tried to pull him over in his car.

Sounds well dodgy from what I've been reading. Cops tried to pull him over at 4am, he gets out his car and legs it. Then at 5am he's found dead on an underground line after being hit by a train.

Aye, seems he was being a bit silly, they'd played a T20 Sunday night, read into that what you will.
Either way, was certainly a talented young cricketer, only 23 too.

Yeah sounds about right, I don't understand why people leg it as there cars are found without them and theres so much cctv about these days people just don't get away with it.

I don't get drink drivers, but celeb/sportsman doing it is even more dumb. This bloke wouldn't have been short of a few quid. Get a cab or pay a mate FFS.

I read somewhere he was laying on the track and the driver saw him but couldnt stop in time, So it was either suicide or he was drunk and knocked himself out and fell on the track.
Tragic loss, RIP
