Right I haven't a clue why this is happening. Originally there was a link to WinZip to download it so we did this on her computer ran it but got this wrror messgae (that I'll show in a minute). Tried and Tried. even went into a web conference with the IT SUpport at the Uni but he can't understand why it happens aswell, because he installed the exact same one on his machine and it worked straight away. So we went up to the Uni today and borrowd the Installation disc off him, installed it on the pc doesn't work, however I installed it on my Laptop and it works fine.
The specs of both Laptop & PC are as follows:
My Laptop;
Win.7 Enterprise SP1
4GB/2.00GHz Intel Core2
32bit
Girlfriend's Pc;
Win.7 Home Premuim SP1
2.00GB/2.81GHz
32bit.
This is the error message I keep getting on the PC:

Uninstall it, and remove any traces, system restore to day before you installed it, and then start from scratch, like you did with your laptop.

I've done it!!
Nothing to do with the above but thank you for your help. It was something to do with the 'Common Files' for some unknown reason they were installed on laptop but not the PC. :faceplam:
thanks again.

Nath, how come you need winzip if it's built into windows? Only benefit I can see is reducing size slightly or splitting the zip into parts. Just curious.

If he's trying to open the .jar file then it will tell you to download something like WinRar on Windows. Unpacking the Java archive won't actually help him though.
