Ok, so i have had a quick look through the site, and a few things online.
i desperatly need a water temp gauge as the one on my digi dash doesnt work, i need to no when it gets hot as i have a manual operated fan..
if anyone has any idea how to fit one, could you PLEASE tell me.. desperate here!

Is the spade connector attached to the temp gauge sender on the engine?
