yeah I thought going to the pub would be hard with not smoking, and yes it was really hard when your mate sparks up, but I just say no now. Remember once your over the first few days its better, then the first week is gets even better, after a few weeks you want to smoke again same after a couple of months. Like I said earlier. I'd love to have a smoke right now last night I even had a dream that I puffed on a cig and I felt really bad and shit.
