Has anyone seen those little single seater vans/cars with the advertising boards on the back?

Im trying to find out what they are called but having no luck

There's a bunch round here that the lad sells / rents out to companies, they're Q plated though, so probably just made. I think they're bike engine based?

Alot convert Chinese tuk tuks. I priced a few other year as was thinking of renting them out and I could get 6 new into country for 10k. But then obviously needed registering up . These was bikes but in a cab . I have the guy from chinas details somewhere If you need it

the one i saw this morning had four wheels and a rolls royce front end
it was for a rolls royce specialist.
