hi all just wondering what the best model/engine of corsa is the easiest to convert to a c20xe/let as i am looking for a shell to buy to convert

I was told 8v are the easiest I've recently put a XE in a 1.2 16v had a lad do the wiring as I wasn't sure but watched him do it and tgeres nothing to it plenty of guides on the web

They're all not too bad from what I gather, I think the 8v is favourite because the wiring is already in the footwell and is able be made plug and play almost

1.0 12v is the one to avoid as the wiring is slightly harder

I used a 1.0, wiring is easy on any of them if you know what your doing

1.0 12v and 1.2 16v are best cause they have epas. Just need some one to point out were the wires are and how to do it as it isnt a straight forward.

All depends if u want the luxurys if ya do get a sport in footwell aswell

Start with sport loom has any standard extra u may require in future will be there

Wiring isn't hard on any of them tbh. I used a 1.012v which is supposedly hardest to wire up but it was done in no more than an hour tbh, just do your research and you'll be flying.
