Try de-bolting the rear arches, then bonding the plastic arch back on, I'm having mine done next week

I've got 17's on mine, lowered 40mm, and I can't carry a full tank of petrol let alone back seat passengers. What wheels and suspension you got Andy, I'm going for Koni adjustables soon, the G-max kit I've got at the minute is sh!te.

My corsa B and my Corsa C had 17's lowered -40mm and never scrubbed if you have a good offset on your wheels you will be OK. If not remove the bolts from the arch's then bond them back on with Tigerseal or Sikaflex

Thanks will try the car with people in and a full tank of petrol and see if it scrapes. if so then will de-bolt the plastic arches.
