does anyone know the contact details of BAT as their site seems to be down?

also do you have to have the bumpers as well with the wide-arches? i mean can you put on other bumpers straight on or would they have to be made wider?

Nope, if you wanted different bumpers then you would have to customise them to suit the wide arches.
